Product Introduction

DICT M5 is a specially designed polycarboxylate superplasticizer which possesses two properties of reducing water and keeping slump. This product is a mother solution. It has high water reducing rate and superior slump loss resistant. This product can not only significantly reduce mixing water dosage, but maintain concrete pumpability and workability after long distance transportation under high temperature.

This product is suitable for high performance concrete, high strength concrete, flowing concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete and so on.

Operation guides and precautions

1.This product is sold as a semifinished material. Customers can compound and dilute this product, and the practical dilution multiple depends on your own situation, such as characteristics of raw materials, dosages, performance requirements, using conditions.
2.This product has good compatibility with polycarboxylate slump retaining agents, setting retarders, defoaming agents, air entraining admixtures. Compatibility tests are needed when this product is compounded with other agents.
3.Please try to carry out product performance test with concrete experiment, especially for tests of water reducing ratio and flowing retention ability.
4.It is forbidden to use this product together with naphthalene water reducer. All the apparatus, for example, concrete mixer, pipeline and mixing truck, which has been in contact with naphthalene water reducer, should be washed clean before this product is used. Otherwise, the water reducing effect of this product will lose.  

Package, Storage and Transportation

Product packaging：220kg per plastic cylinder；1000kg per square barrel；or transport tanker.
This product should be protected from the sun and the frost. The store temperature should be in the range of 0℃-35℃.
The shelf life of this product is 6 months.
